artista928 20 Posted June 6 Big surprise... Hank is tanking! Some jurors look disengaged. There's just no way to one up Dr Wolfe. He's trying & hilariously failing. Sorry not sorry Sparky.

Court TV is behind the real time of the trial. He means the voire dire pre trial of Dr Wolfe. I posted 2 links above. One is a key highlight one with reaction by Attorney Larry Forman. I watch trials live with lawyers of interest to hear their commentary too.

Gepetto 1,337 Posted June 6 I don't think Brennan has made any dents in Wolfe's testimony. The jurors would have to be dumb as mud.

artista928 20 Posted June 7 Here it is! Attorney Larry Forman who met with the defense team & was in court yesterday spills the tea! Play by play of yesterday's court session. He had lunch with the defense team. Must watch! Dude is giving details like a book & is funny as hell too!

Herbivore 1,121 Posted June 7 I watched the ARRCA guy video and the McCabe vids. Funny how when McCabe didn't answer yes no, he called her out about controlling the narrative, and when the ARRCA guy did it, he talked about how in control he was. I don't think he is wrong, but he is in the tank.

Strike 5,360 Posted Monday at 05:09 PM So the prosecution cut holes in the dudes hoodie and then tried to grill the defense expert on them as if they happened when the dude got hit by the SUV and fell? WTF? No way the state wins this trial. If they win the trial it will be overturned on appeal.

Gepetto 1,337 Posted Monday at 11:29 PM Most people are not smart, regardless of education level and their own perceived intelligence. This will be another mistrial. A few will be smart enough to realize the circumstances don't add and will hold out for not guilty (good for them, just like the first trial); the dummies that can't think deeply will say she's guilty. artista928 20 Posted Thursday at 04:30 PM Closing arguments tomorrow. Jackson will be doing the defense. Spanky for cw. Bev has tried with her bs sustained rulings to help the cw. It is clear as day after Arcca's testimonies that JOK was NOT hit by a vehicle. They were the last defense witnesses for that reason. CW's cross was utterly stupid but Bev tried to help them! Jurors were repotedly bored with cw, listening to Jackson closely with most writing notes. This was generally the case throughout the trial. Hopefully this is a good sign. There is at least 2 geeks on the jury who know scuence & physics who reportedly in heaven for the medical & physics part of the case. Hopefully they get to deliberate. Right now they are talking about what can be used in closing. Each side has 75 minutes for closing. Jackson asked for 90 but of course, Bev had to try & help the cw. Ugh
HellToupee 1,667 Posted Thursday at 04:44 PM This tweet from Attorney Mark Bederow says a lot For the Twitter law students trying to rationalize by claiming that Brennan didn’t need his rebuttal case out of a position of strength, allow me to help by acting as an adjunct professor at the Twitter Law School. Prosecutors like any other lawyer ALWAYS want the last word. ALWAYS. There is no bigger advantage in litigation than getting the last word. And the prosecution gets it. The chance to rebut what the other party says is a gift. If the prosecution possessed credible testing that successfully rebutted the ARCCA witnesses and dog wound evidence (as Brennan repeatedly claimed for weeks he had), 100 of 100 prosecutors would do it. Brennan aborted and allowed the defense to finish strong. Primacy and recency, folks. Huge advantages for the prosecution. Brennan abandoned this opportunity. If you think he did so because he felt he had enough and didn’t want to piss off the jury, you need your head examined. Does he look like the kind of lawyer who cares or has any self-awareness about how his demeanor impacts the jury? He gave away his “final word” advantage because he knew his witnesses were going to get clobbered and/or to save his own rear end by being implicated in misconduct related to the sketchiness surrounding the x-rays and hoodie. It’s not that complicated.

Strike 5,360 Posted yesterday at 02:26 PM I know you've probably got more important things to focus on right now @artista928 but if you're still following this trial, I didn't see the prosecution closing argument but this defense guy is tearing them a new one lol. Can't see how the state wins this. Hope you're doing ok.

Can't see how the state wins this. Hope you're doing ok. Alan Jackson's closing is the greatest story telling of how idiotic the cw wealth was to try the case not once but twice! He's the perfect guy for this. He's shredding the cw. Action Jackson! It's been reported the jury has been riveted with AJ & zzz with Spanky. I love it! CW is next. In MA there is no rebuttal so that will be it. Not sure I can stomach Spanky coming up. This better not be a hung jury again. The defense has done soooo much better this time by focusing on data & science & not on the police corruption like last time. Hope you are doing well too! Thornton Melon 617 Posted yesterday at 04:46 PM I really don't care how this turns out, one way or the other. I just hope the jury was given correct instructions that they can understand this time, so there's no F up like the first trial.

artista928 20 Posted yesterday at 05:07 PM All they need is just 1 fact to show reasonable doubt. Pick one of 100 jurors! Police corruption & sloppy investigation beyond belief...wow! Arrcaa isn't reliable. I just can't. Opinions matter not data?? You know this will be made into a movie. Proctor was already fired. Aperture boys are next.
