Maximum Overkill 1,763 Posted Friday at 11:35 PM SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- From the moment Brock Purdy stepped in as their starter in 2022, the San Francisco 49ers have told anyone who would listen that he is the quarterback of not only their present but also their future. DocNiner 67 Posted 14 hours ago I figured it'd get done before training camp. Much deserved IMO. If the 49ers can stay healthy this year then Purdy has the skills to gets to the playoffs even after losing Deebo and Aiyuk not healthy yet. Not worried about the run game but if CMC stays healthy he'll put up good numbers and he has a capable backup in Geurendo. I'm looking for a breakout year for Ricky Pearsall which will help and Jennings is still there. Kittle is still a top 5 TE. Schedule will help so at this point I'm optimistic about the 49ers season and glad Brock Purdy got his bag.
