Mounjaro is a very effective weight loss drug. A lady I work with has been on it for a year and has lost 70 lbs, she was always attractive but just heavy. Now she really looks good but I would not say healthy.  Having been out with her at meetings and some social events the only issue is she told me it is almost impossible to eat.  We went to an event at Ruth Chris that was comped,  she ordered a baked potato and house salad.  Ate half the salad and less than half the potato and said she could not eat anymore. 

 

Rosie losing weight is good for her well being but fat or skinny Rosie is just a very unattractive woman. There is very little to work with to improve Rosie. 

 

There is a rebound effect though with these drugs just like being on strict no-carb diets.

She is also 63 years old, not too many women (who haven't had cosmetic surgery) are still considered attractive (even if they were so in the 80's and 90's).
