It is hard to blame Biden.   People who drifting into mental decline don`t realize it as those around them do.

The fact that everything is coming out now and all the coverup about his acuity is gross negligence by the Dems.

In a way I do get it that we could not let other countries know Biden was asleep at the wheel the last couple of years but to let him try and run again was a disgraceful lust to keep power that backfired
