I guess liberals are suffering because the illegals are being ousted.

That's fine with me. Sounds like winning.  :dunno:

Every time I think the left can't find a bigger loser to back politically, the next case study shows me wrong.  There's no polling yet, but I'll go out on a limb and say the family of a terrorist who was here illegally to begin with, are not going to be with who the majority of Americans side with.

:dunno: What can anyone say at this point? The liberals always seem to pick the exact extreme opposite of what normal people generally want. This is why I find it funny that all the liberals here call themselves "centrists". There is absolutely nothing centrist about them. They are enraged and filled with hate so much that they are absolutely doing themselves in. And I like to urge them on to get there sooner than later.

I’m OK with them being deported as a precaution.  This article I saw was definitely a bit propaganda-y though:

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2025/06/03/boulder-suspects-daughter-deported/84017946007/

But it is an interesting legal case if they can show they didn’t have any knowledge of the attack.

Is the family not here illegally?  My understanding is they were here illegally to begin with.  If that's the case, I'm not sure why they couldn't be deported.

According to Fox News, their visas were revoked after the attack.  Which would mean they were here legally prior to that.

I can find where his expired and a story saying she applied for a work visa.  Maybe she got it, I can't find the details.  But in this case it makes sense the government would want to revoke and deport them.  I believe the Department of State has the authority to revoke visas.

I agree it makes sense, just saying I could see them having a decent legal argument, especially if they get an “activist liberal judge”

Yes, USA Today is quite Leftist.  The editors let this slip through the cracks tho:

Quote

Habiba Soliman, her four siblings and their mother are now [Mohamed's] latest victims.

The Left often refuses to expect personal responsibility from people on the marginalized intersectional scale, but adults can recognize that what happens to Soliman's family is the responsibility of one man, and it is the man who said he loves jihad more than his wife and kids.

So you would agree that the family might be “victims” in this case?

Might be victims of Mohamed's actions?  Sure, I can't say at this point if they knew anything about it, although if he was planning it for over a year, that's a bit of a stretch.

Victims of the US government?  Absolutely not.

I gotta say that I like this idea of doing what I'll call a "Kaiser Soze deportation."  If an illegal alien commits a crime, particularly a violent and/or felony, you deport his wife, kids, aunts, uncles, grandparents, friends, barber... that'll put an end to this behavior right quick.  Well, maybe not for a radical nutjob from the Religion of Peace like Soliman, but for "regular" criminal illegal aliens.

I was going within a year, not calendar years.  Still, I knew someone would coment because, as you point out, The year ofs are generally calendar years.
