I've been out of work for 6 months (with 3 kids in college starting in August!!!) and a potential employer called me unexpectedly this morning. ICEMAN No problem Ice......Life comes before football!! Fumbleweed 547 Posted June 13 I know Harvey has the upside, but I watched Dobbins in several games last season and he has gas in his tank for sure. YPC has always been impressive
Dan 66 Posted June 13 Nice pick, Hawkeye. Almost slid to me. Was so hoping . . .
WhiteWonder 2,734 Posted June 13 i don't feel great about Etienne but he was a thousand yard rusher in both his previous healthy seasons, 1400+ total yards and 12 scores in 2023. His first few games last year were fine, then he had a hamstring issue. I understand the popular thing to do is target Tank Bigsby because he averaged 4.6 and scored 7 times behind the same shoddy line, and I know there are trade rumors, but Etienne is only 26 years old and was a mid 2nd round selection last season. this is mostly me talking myself into the selection... but I do feel good about the potential upside as an RB4

Fumbleweed 547 Posted June 13 From here on out, if you know you’re going to be out of pocket for over an hour during prime hours, please leave a list with Mike & me.

I agree! When I went for a climb, I sent my 2 round picks to Mike & Shovel (will send to Fumble next time too). This is frustrating, and on a Friday.
robb 81 Posted June 13 It's been 2 hours and 16 minutes......how much longer do we wait?

But i've become more patient in my old age . I guess 2 rounds per day would be ideal but I suspect we will get deep into round 10 by this afternoon/evening. Seems reasonable to me that we would likely wrap up by wed/thursday next week.
Vikings4ever 550 Posted June 13 Down year for Pittman last year who played through a broken back. Could be in for a rebound if healthy.

robb 81 Posted June 13 I decided that "stacking" Deebo with Daniels would be a good risk. Plus, with McLauren holding "in"/out, he could become the #1 option.
Vikings4ever 550 Posted June 13 Deebo I had on my list the last turn if I hadn't gone TE/QB. Definitely a risk/reward pick.

Vikings4ever 550 Posted June 13 Bucky's obviously taken over the starting role, but White's no stiff. He's looking for a pay day next year, and if Irving regresses or gets hurt, White could fill in well.
robb 81 Posted June 13 I am thinking by mid-season A. Jones, RB Minnesota may be tired or done. Mason is a good handcuff and I liked him last year in SF

He should get more of the goal line carries (and with the revamped O-line, the team should be better in that area), and he still has the talent and speed to be a risk to take a carry long while Jones gets a rest. Dan 66 Posted June 13 Really wanted Charbonnet, as I feel he's actually going to see the field. Dowdle is a consolation "prize." He has some talent, though, and the young coach in Carolina might be more willing to utilize the talent. Who knows>

I heard around town that The Pats were sniffing around on Pittman. I don't know how serious they are, but they have contacted the Colts about a trade.
