Probably not unfortunately.  I didn't live here from 01-06  but when I did live here the main mountain town I spent much time in is Steamboat.  Would have loved to try your cuisine in person for sure though.

Don’t overcook the peaches. I like them firm enough to cut (I dice them for this).

Wife bought some fancy heritage pork chops so we had the grilled peaches with them .It ended up being a good combo. Will try the grilled peach salad next week.  Thanks. I love food/music/movie etc posts better then politics

Peaches with pork=
