I think it’s a safe bet there’s fraud happening in the video.  But if he visited like 10 places, I’d guess maybe 2 were frauds (the Learing Center might be my prime suspect).   Not good, but that’s far different than claiming any place that didn’t want to talk to him, or most Somalians, are frauds.

I don’t think the documents were behind a wall… that was how he got in. Unless I misread something?

The CBS News video showed filing cabinets as the target of the alleged thief. As for why…? Police haven’t released motive yet. But based on voicemail threats received by Nokomis, the vandal was apparently motivated by Tricky Nicky’s video, so he was probably trying to get what he thought was evidence of fraud.

I have seen no evidence yet that any place Nick visited is currently perpetrating fraud. But for the sake of argument, let’s say 2 are. How bad a “journalist” is somebody who is wrong 80% of the time? Even the weatherman has a better record.

I mean I know MAGA’s are dumb, but I really doubt any would want to commit a crime for the purpose of proving someone else committed a crime.

In the press conference, the manager says:

”the suspect came in from the back kitchen and also destroyed the wall to come in.  As he came in, he broke the wall from Family Dollar.” 

Not sure where those are in relation to each other, but even if the damage is in multiple possible points of entry, that doesn’t prove that it wasn’t staged of course (and why does he say “he”?). And if there was a real burglary, it’s also possible that the Family Dollar was the target and not the daycare.

o On May 9, 2022, when the DHS licensors asked a staff person for his/her name, the staff person left the classroom and came back with a name written on a piece of paper. The DHS licensors asked if the name written on the paper was the staff person’s name, and s/he confirmed that it was. The DHS licensors went into another classroom and the staff person working in that classroom told the DHS licensors his/her name was the same name as the staff person from the previous classroom. Through a review of the individual’s driver’s license, the DHS licensors verified that the name belonged to the staff person in the second classroom, not the staff person in the previous classroom.
