I mean, the question itself is odd.....I dont understand it. Well, you're on the record saying that *I* committed fraud when I sold my house. If you think people who committed fraud should be prosecuted, it stands to reason that you think *I* should be prosecuted. If the penalty for that fraud is jail/prison, it stands to reason that you think *I* should do jail/prison time. That's just logic based on your posts. So when you say you didn't want me thrown in jail, I have to roll my eyes a little bit.

I can clarify for the 1000th time again for you..... if you are fiscally stupid....and do not realize that home values do not increase 30% YoY, then suggesting you engaged in fraud isnt the thing....your just focking stupid..... now, if you know better....but participate in the fraud...then yeah, you are part of it.... hope this helps

You literally accused me of committing fraud. You don't get to try to try to sidestep that with semantics. You could just apologize. What's idiotic is trying to define how much an asset appreciates. That's not defined at all. That's why people try to buy stocks that will increase in value as quickly and as much as possible. There is no one formula for that. But that's a different discussion than the FACT that you accused me of committing fraud.

Well if you bought and sold....as you assert....and are proud of what you did.....then maybe you have no remorse for your participation in that fraud...perhaps that was what I meant? i really dont recall. But since I was declaring the market a fraud....which it was by the way....and your response was to celebrate your role in that fraud...well...maybe you should have some shame... There comes a time when we have to choose between what is easy and what is right. I don't disagree and what they did to Trump absolutely backfired on them. But at the same time the right can't keep playing by Marquess of Queensberry rules when the left is going all out to drive our way of life into extinction. I agree with this view., We play nice, they play dirty and we're supposed to continue playing nice? No f'n way. It's time to use their tactics against them. They opened this can of worms.

MDC 7,428 Posted Sunday at 07:49 PM Good article on the Schiff kerfuffle. Their take is that it’s law fare: probably doesn’t constitute criminal fraud and at any rate is outside the statute of limitations. It is the notoriously liberal National Review though. 1
