Super Cubs 154 Posted July 19 Harrison, Nabers, Thomas, McConkey, Bucky all had good rookie seasons. Who do you think steps up in year 2 that's not already listed?
jrokh 608 Posted July 19 Harrison finished 2024 as wr#30 in half ppr. He doesn't belong on this list with the rest of them. He also has the easiest path to improve on his numbers since they weren't that great. I do think Bucky Irving steps up the most from the list...
weepaws 3,220 Posted July 19 Bucky is the easiest choice, he’s first on the list without question, next I’m going with McConkey.
Super Cubs 154 Posted July 19 I'm not worried about the names listed. I'm curious about the names not listed. I'm going to edit the original post to make that more clear.
nobody 2,710 Posted July 19 Roman Wilson is on my radar as a guy that could potentially step up although I'm not overly hopeful. He missed training camp last year with an injury and fell behind. They went from terrible QB play to now just kind of bad. I don't think DK and Rodgers fit well together in that Rodgers likes precise route running and that's not DK's game. All that, to me, leaves a void for volume pass catching, but it could also be freiermuth that benefits. I'm basically just looking for who Rodgers becomes friends with. nobody 2,710 Posted July 19 I think Trey Benson can do some damage if conner gets hurt as well.
weepaws 3,220 Posted July 20 Picking up Te J Smith from the Dolphins is going to hurt Freiermuth. I think Metcalf is going to have a very good season, if Rogers doesn’t blow it.
weepaws 3,220 Posted July 20 At wr I like R Pearsall, looks like Ayiak is going to miss some games early in the season. R Odunze, I think with Allen gone he could surpass D Moore and be the highest scoring wr on the bears in ff X Worthy, even more so now, with the news about Rice
weepaws 3,220 Posted July 20 At rb. I like B Allen of the Jets. R Davis of Buffalo, of course both of them are rb2, but could be a good one if Hall or Cook go down. I like T Tracy, could be a 1000 yard plus rb.
weepaws 3,220 Posted July 20 No need to look at qbs or te, double digit rounds.

With Coen leaving for a HC job I’d be cautious with Bucky. Pearsall is my vote for breaking out in a big way.

WhiteWonder 2,797 Posted Thursday at 07:17 PM Harrison wasn't great, as many anticipated. Not on this list but could make a leap.... Pearsall, Benson, ... of course there are other RB's that could leap based on an injury alone. Braelon Allen I would need to see how the offense operates. Allen was not very good last year, as in not very efficient. Davis was actually much better per touch. Everyone is thinking the Jets will now utilize 2 backs the way Detroit did but I am not so sure. Detroit did not have a defacto RB in Jared Goff the way the Jets do with Fields.

listen2me 23 1,893 Posted 4 hours ago I know the knock on Coleman is he isnt sudden enough to get open consistently. But he has looked like he has improved his off the line game. His rookie season wasnt great but he also got banged up and didnt bounce back well. He had some bright spots at times. He was a fairly young rookie. Just turned 22 3 months ago. From the ADP list I see, he is the 49th WR. With Bills everybody eats mentality and hoe they like to run the ball, I dont see a huge year. But I definitely think he can outperform his ADP by a bit.
