I think, he is saying people care.   Cause I said "who cares"  Which I guess literally could be me saying "no one cares"  So it was squish's and Tim's goal to prove that someone actually does care.     They like to do those little things.

That would depend on the relevant state and local laws and policies of the restaurant as long as said policy did not contradict the laws.

Doing a quick search it looks like Minnesota law allows trans individuals to use the bathroom of the gender they identify with, so my answer to your question would be no.
