Yes to your first question IMO.

I have no problem with Pulte exposing potential fraud.  I have a problem with him ONLY “exposing” Democrats.   And I say “exposing” in quotes because of the three prominent Democrats recently brought to light, I don’t believe there have been any charges.  If they think they find fraud they should prosecute it.
