The law of attraction, a universal constant

Recommended Posts

I hope you realize the law of attraction is very much real. Anger attracts more anger. Love attracts more love. Like attracts like.

If we continue to focus so much on our differences, a ploy used by people in power to divide us, the division will be amplified more and more.

I know this is some isolated corner of the internet. I have partaken in divisive discussions myself. Just know you are being manipulated to see division so that it attracts more division. We are fostering this division on this board.

As someone pointed out recently, occupy Wallstreet scared the people in power. It was unifying, but not in the way they wanted. Sure unifying the people to want to bomb the middle east into extinction was great for their agenda.

The people using that same power to unite against them, not good for business. Identity politics was magnified as a result by Obama. It wasn't done for your or my benefit.

So is the law of attrition, there's only so much people can deal with without taking action

I agree that action needs to be taken. It needs to be proper action at the right people.

Right now people want blood so badly that they could take any liberal, march them up there, and there would be cheers as they hung from the rafters.

The entire left vs right argument was amplified by Obama. Most people, including me, were quick to jump on board pointing fingers at each other. We point the finger at some goofy liberal, but who put so much energy into manipulating them in the first place? This stuff happens on the right too.

I am in a place where I can't stand the thought of being someone else's puppet. They want us pointing the finger at each other while the real culprits are free to keep manipulating people. R vs D to this extreme isn't natural. We didn't get to the most prosperous point in human history while simultaneously becoming more separated in any natural way.

Do I disagree with most liberals on most issues. Yes. To think that pointing the finger at liberals in general is really the result of a campaign to convince me to do just that, it makes me want to do the opposite. Screw the manipulative tactics. I am not someone's puppet

If I keep perpetuating the divisive narrative, I play right into the hands of the people who have been focking with us for decades. I am not playing that game any more, or I am at least not playing to their tune.
