How do they pick the playoff umps?  Are they complete crews?  Based on individual or crew accuracy?  Compromising photos of the commish?

Most of those in edjr's post, I did not have a problem with...  He called the high strike and the ones that were just off the plate...  Now missing a strike and calling it a ball is a little embarrassing, but as long as he is consistent for both sides...

A strike is a strike. An umpire doesn't get to make up his own zone

Greg Maddux would have been JAG if his strike zone was legit
