In addition Trump did not formally honor Pride Month in 2025 and did not allow US embassies to display a Pride flag in June as had been done under Biden. There are probably a few more I could add to this list if I had the time to look it up.

It’s much worse and less accurate than wiki and has a long way to go. Very rarely do I see Incorrect statistical stuff on wiki (especially with sports) but I can’t count the number of times I’ve googled something sports related where I know the statistical answer and google AI overview has been horribly wrong. For things that are more subjective I image there are even more inconsistencies, especially when a lot of the time Google AI is just summarizing the first article or so on a subject.

Federal health officials warned state Medicaid directors to tread carefully, and the Department of Justice announced subpoenas of some children's hospitals and threatened providers with prosecution.

great… now that we have those games out of the way, I will also add that it’s been shown even on this board multiple times that AI overview can be manipulated with the wording of the question typed in… I also think that people who rely on AI Overview to make their point and then immediately place the onus on other people to “prove it wrong” which requires actual effort when they provided almost none themselves, should have to include the exact question they typed in to start for transparency.

In this case the AI overview accurately summarized what I already knew about Trump from his first term as POTUS, and which I have posted in several threads (in the PSF and I think in one or two here). It seemed pointless to find the links again because Hell Toupee will still keep trotting out his false claim that "Trump is the best friend the LGBTQ community has ever had" despite evidence which shows there is no truth to that.

i'm not here supporting Helltoupee or specifically to rag on you. Yes, you are one of the people I find hilarious who rely on AI Overview... because you post AI Overview. Simple as that. Still, my comment had nothing to do with any information specifically presented in your AI Overview, you were just quick to want to move things in that direction. 

Lots of posters on this board consider themselves master debaters when it comes to everything, especially politics... and some people spend their days creating threads here. It's nuts to me that some of those same people, who likely consider themselves super smart, utilize AI Overview... even knowing how flawed it can be... and then when the person they are debating or having a little spat with doesn't want to go hunt to disprove the AI Overview, it's a gotcha!  Like dude, you typed something into google and then copy pasted the AI Overview because it supports your stance.   Again, knowing AI Overview can be manipulated by the input question or statement, or even knowing that sometimes the AI Overview is nothing more than a summary of one of the top hit articles under the search results

my point was everyone thinks they know... so it confirmed what you (think you) know. You would never copy/paste AI Overview if it didn't say what you want it to say... you would then do the deeper digging to find something that does, or alter your initial input to get an overview that is to your liking.
