Not a lot of draft capital but a lot of cap space next year....I'd also guess Todd Monken follows him as the OC considering rumor is one of the reasons Harbaugh is out in Baltimore was refusing to fire Monken.

Downs should be good for sure.  But a safety is always meh that high.  Depends what sort of defense you run I suppose.  Many sit back in shell these days and it really dumbs down their game.
