sderk 1,040 Posted January 5, 2019 About $2000 in shoprite.com, Amtrak to Washington DC, and Courtyard purchases. Oh, and a couple visits to Wingstop. Well, some loser lived it up for a week. It's cool Citicard is all over it and I won't have to pay up. I'm buying a metal wallet. They mentioned that the transactions looked like some were made in person. That they made a copy of my card from simply scanning my wallet. And also said anything metal will block being able to do that. Metal wallet, tin foil around the card, etc... frank 2,145 Posted January 5, 2019 I have Citibank mastercard. Christmas Eve somebody bought two plane tickets on my card. I noticed it a week later. Investigation underway. I thought plane tickets was a dumb purchase. You have to give a name and show ID to get on a plane. Either you try a fake ID or you are easily busted. Fought my bank for 3 weeks... noone had ever seen a fraud against a savi gs account.. kept sending me to the credit/debit card fraud dept... they said they don't do savings accounts.. took 3 focking weeks to get them to pull their heads out and give me my $1000 back. sderk 1,040 Posted January 5, 2019 Awesome reply's. I'm going into total lockdown on my accounts. I'm not even a big internet dude other than to call all you guys names occasionally and for work remote access. Happened to me a couple of years ago...some guy had a great few days in Vegas on my credit card----better than the time I had. Haha. That F'n loser. I'm actually on a call with Marriott now trying to give them a heads up that someone is staying in their hotel on fraud as I can see the pending transactions as of yesterday. They are taking it seriously since I have like nearly 450,000 rewards points on my account.

sderk 1,040 Posted January 6, 2019 RFID blocker in the wallet is what you are looking for. I already had one in my wallet called Signal Red RFID\NFC Blocking Card. I guess it didn't work.
