....up with an athletic daughter that runs circles around boys....life is good.

 

We were at a friends fishing camp this past New Years with many friends and kids having a good time fishing and throwing the ball around. I have a strong arm and can sling it fifty yards plus, easily. I rule. My daughter was the only one able to catch my passes amongst a bunch of testosterone puberty ridden filled teenage boys trying to prove their worth. They couldn't believe a sixteen year old girl could make them look as bad as they did.

Hope my son ends up being athletic. Both my wife and I are pretty athletic and were as kids as well so the chance our children are is really high. But you never know still. Even if he wasn't (much to my dismay) I'd encourage him to be one of the smartest kids around. Just don't want him in that weird, geeky crap like dungeons and dragons being a level 20 white wizard
