Is there a more mindless job than building "security"

Recommended Posts

Or usher, or whatever they fock they are.

Cheap suit.

No phone, no paper, just a walkie talkie.

standing there for 8 focking hours.

How on earth can anyone do that?

Only stimulation is talking to people that work here, or once in a while helping someone badge through the turn style

the pay can't be more than what 40,000?

For half of a summer in college I removed rocks from dirt in the middle of nowhere for a golf course construction company.

I ran a front end loader and I would dump dirt in one end, and pick it up from the other and put it in a pile. I did this for 12 hours a day with no human contact. Worst job i ever had, which is saying alot cause I worked at burger king, on oil rigs, in coal mines, etc.

I worked at a plastic company way back, was like 1992 I think.

stood at the end of a machine and took the plastic piece and put them in a box and put the deformed ones in another box.

I think I lasted 1/2 a shift

any repetitive job I have ever had, I didn't finish a shift.

During the summers in college I worked at the McDonald's bun bakery. Spending 12 hour shits just looking at buns going by Laverne and Shirley style. Boring job, but great pay for a college kid
