How the fock do I beat the Empire on Tatooine during Historical Campaign?

 

I've won the battles on just about every other planet.

 

I've tried getting on the speeder and just focking things up at their base, I've tried hanging out at my base with a missle launcher, and I've been using the reinforcement bonus.

 

Nothing works. I get my ass kicked every time like I'm the focking Detroit Lions.

 

Please help.

I'm way behind the curve. Everybody now has XBox 360 or plays the RPG games online. I'm playing games that geeks got over two years ago (or more).

 

First was GTA 3, then KOTOR. Now, Battlefront.

 

I must admit that I outside of mongo, I haven't gotten much decent geek advice. Hopefully, someone has an idea on how to win this Tatooine battle.

No. Tatooine is the battle where the two Republic bases are next to the Tusken Raider bases (and the swallowing monster thing).

What flashes in my mind is using the standard storm trooper and a riding/flying sand blaster. Watching out for raiders hiding around the rocks.

the only real way to beat the thing is to get up, go look in the mirror, realize what you are asking and quit, then get a job and move on with life.

I don't have storm troopers. I'm the Republic in the original campaign. My options pretty much suck. I either use the soldier with the repeating rifle or the dude with the helmet and rocket launcher. The wookie seems pretty much worthless and I still don't know what the fusion cutter actually does.

 

I haven't tried playing the level with Bacca tanks. Is that the key?
