No matter how far G. Dubyas approval rating falls, no matter how many lies he tells...

No matter how he cheated his way into the Whitehouse, no matter how stupid he sounds when he talks, no matter how much he messed up on 9/11, no matter how many privacy rights he has violated, no matter how much coke he snorted back in the day, no matter that he hasnt caught, Osama, the person responsible for 9/11...

Pax Americana is/was worrisome. It does seem like there's a larger agenda gradually being followed. He is probably a pond of sorts, but not an evil man at heart. All kinds of shady buisness has gone down with his people, though that could probably be said with a lot of presidents. He seemed a hell of a lot better than Kerry, but maybe we would have just had a sucky president and refrained from an international level of suck. It would be awesome if good managed to come out of Iraq, but we should (and some did) anticipate a huge challenge when it comes to helping them along a democratic course.

"he will still be considered a good president because..."

I doubt it. I think Jeffery Dahmer had a 36% approval rating.

That was before he tried to canabalize Social Security

I always liked how that would save a heck of a lot of money.

Hell ... I don't care about that. It's not like I'll ever see any of the money I put in there anyhow. Thank you, Baby Boomers! :bench:

Weird... it's amazing all of the people who bash bush... i don't think either nader or kerry would have done any better.

Let's face it, we would have been boned any way we tried last election

Kerry= snowboarding robot who deserts army duty

bush= in a very controversial war, has marbles in his mouth

nader= weed toker...

i hate to say this but... bring back gore or dole...

:unsure:

Fock Gore. I do think Dole would have been a damned good President, particularly after 9-11.

Guest Mr.T

History won't settle him in place until about twenty years or so from now. We need to see what the long term effects of his actions will be. If peace DOES come to the middle east because of his war, he'll be viewed as a genius and visionary.

Or more proof could surface that he was aware or even had a part in planning 9/11 and he will be seen as the greatest enemy in the nation's history.
