Addai is a solid pick, imo. White has more potential... but he's got problem child written all over him. Not happy about the injury concerns... but Addai is built like Edge. Should be a good fit.

This guy didn't once rush for 1000 yards in college. He's been hurt often. This pick is almost as puzzling as The Bills moves.

Wow...I'm disappointed here. I think Lewis is overrated...I'd be happier if they picked him a round later or picked one of the other TEs in round 1.

 

As a Titans fan I'm happy about this selection, but as a guy that follows the Jags as well, it's a questionable choice. Lewis doesn't have much speed and doesn't block well. He'll be decent but the timing of the choice seems questionable compared to what they could have done.

 

Addai to Indy is the choice I've been touting for several weeks. This is a no-brainer and an good pick.

Jennings isn't bad. He's not a dominant guy because of his size, but he's fast as hell and changes direction well. He should develop into a solid player. I like his prospects but his speed was what got him drafted here.

i actually like the picks so far by jax...im happy with lewis being on the team because he makes the offensive attack even more big. the jags have trees as receiving threats. Its going to be tough to defend these guys in the red zone with the possibility of lewis, m.jones, or r. williams going for a jump ball. also, i like the pick of maurice drew....hes a quick, slippery back that can solve the special team problems.

Yes, that is for sure. But they want speed and lots of it. Got it with Jennings it looks like.

UGA has a good pedigree for having NFL-ready defensive players. He'll at least be able to play in the nickel by the end of the year.

Speed don't mean squat if he can't hit. And the film I've seen on Jennings has shown me little of that. If he can learn to hit harder than his size like Sanders or Doss does... I'll be happy with this pick.

Jacksonville had a great draft, IMO. Lewis and Drew are very versatile players that will help the Jags move the ball in a lot of ways. I like the Ingram pick, and Dee Webb is a huge steal in the 7th round.

Wasn't that thrilled with the Lewis pick in the first round but if he pans out the offense should be a lot improved this year. I'm intrigued with the Drew pick... Our special teams returners weren't that great and he looks like he could be dynamite. With Drew and Pearman rotating in for 3rd down duties we should be able to move the ball and maintain good field position. All in all I'm happy with the draft. I just hope that Leftwich continues to build momentum and we at least make it to the second round of the playoffs this year..
