How often do you eat fast food?

Recommended Posts

I eat fast food maybe once every few months, usually when I'm hung over. It's not so much the food why I don't eat it that much but the incompetent focktards they have working there. I just can't stand going to fast food places.

Fast food is disgusting. In NYC there are so many healthier options that taste better and cost less that one would be a fool to opt for Mickey D's or Wendy's.

The only fast food places are frequent with any regularity are Subway (when I'm sick of salads) and Chipotle (when I'm nursing a hangover).

Subway is a focking joke.

6 inch Turkey sub with lettuce and tomatoe, lucky if you get 3 slices of turkey and they cover it with lettuce and tomatoe.

It has been a number of years since I ate any fast food. It's been 5 years since I ate pizza.

I am disgusted by the state of kitchens in these kinds of places, and in restaurants in general. And it's much easier and cost effective to prepare meals on your own.

at least once a week for sure. The only places I go is a local place called burgertime or taco johns. Hell if you workout and exercise you can eat all the crap you want, don't see what the big deal is.

Subway doesn't count. There's stuff on the menu that's not good for you but it's not really fast food IMO. I eat there maybe once every two weeks? But I get a 6 inch turkey or chicken breast sammich, no bacon. Probably half the calories (if that) if a burger and fries.

yea but, its still a lot of calories. if you brown bagged your lunch, your clothes wouldnt fit after 2 months. fat doesnt make you fat, burning fewer calories than you take in does. although fat does lead to heart disease, high cholesterol, etc.

Wait until you see what aspartame does to you.

One of my best friends is very heavy. He goes through about 2 two liters of Pepsi a day. The doctors told him he couldn't just switch to diet soda, becuase that much aspartame would be worse for him then the sugar in the non-diet stuff.

What exactly does the aspartane do in your body? Do all diet drinks contain this? We need to know these things dammit!

Pretty much zero.

But if you throw in "In & Out", then probably around 10 times a year?

when i was 16, i was a busboy in a 5 star resturant. 1 of the cooks use to be a dishwasher, and the entire staff was from a mental health facility/ half-way house. The state would kick in half of thier wages.

I will never eat out again
