I'd say, rather than have to worry about clearing history, temp files, google search bar, etc....just keep explorer on the desktop, for your wife, etc to use, and keep firefox in some other file folder, and use that for pron searches, etc.

 

That way, your wife or s.o. won't ask you "What's this Mike's Apartment stuff in the google search bar?"

Add a secondary hard drive and add the folder with the pron, into a hidden folder and make sure to keep hidden files and folders checked.

go to akasurfer.com, buy a 256MB or a 512MB stick that has firefox, some kind of anonymous surfing tool, and other stuff on it. It has a password lock to even get into it. You carry all your history, downloads, everything with you. It even comes with some super safe email account. It also gets you around proxies and systems at your work. All programs are self contained on the stick. It's real slick.
