throttlers 0 Posted September 8, 2006 Glad I took Redzone Ronnie in my keeper. This is probably his toughest game all year!

football_scooter 0 Posted September 8, 2006 At times like these, I'm glad I drafted Ronnie Brown. Me too. LaMont Jordan better not suck monkey nuts or I'm going to be irritated. it is early though...

I'm just glad I have a running back that actually is an option at the goal line this year, thank you Ronnie!!! (Yeah I'm talking to you Kevin and Julius Jones!!) p.man 7 Posted September 8, 2006 How many throws untill Batch throws a pick for a Td?
Tobex 0 Posted September 8, 2006 Let's hear it for the Dolphins' much-maligned OL!! Yeah, their O line is much better than I thought...and Pittsburgh's run D is stellar!
ffdomino 0 Posted September 8, 2006 He comes the reactionists. Yes Brown got 2 TDs. But he only has 29 yards so far. Those are Allstot or Bettis numbers. That line needs to block the run better. And C-Pep needs a tire hanging on a tree in front of his house....and Viagra.
throttlers 0 Posted September 8, 2006 How many throws untill Batch throws a pick for a Td? I'll take the under 9.
football_scooter 0 Posted September 8, 2006 How many throws untill Batch throws a pick for a Td? I was wondering the same. In fact, he's been remarkably poised...TONS of pressure, but no mistakes.

I couldn't care less - 2 TDs is GOLD Jerry, pure gold.

p.man 7 Posted September 8, 2006 I was wondering the same. In fact, he's been remarkably poised...TONS of pressure, but no mistakes. It's been mostly high percentage throws but the Miami defense is starting to get to him.
FlaHawker 24 Posted September 8, 2006 Here come to the refs to rescue the steelers. What a focking joke!
football_scooter 0 Posted September 8, 2006 I like Batch. Raw deal is what comes to mind. He looked good on that busted play finding Parker...got a little scramble in him.

frank 2,306 Posted September 8, 2006 Um, I'm a Pittsburgh fan but Ward is the freakin man and FWP is looking pretty tough.
football_scooter 0 Posted September 8, 2006 Here come to the refs to rescue the steelers. What a focking joke! oh, come on. This is a physical game - Refs have been letting them play for the most part. I didn't see anything wrong with those calls.

He's making people miss, getting yards after contact and is a threat in the passing game. Pitt's run D is prolly the best MIA will play this year and Ronnie is still having a huge Fantasy game. Look at Mia' schedule. The yards will come and Brown will be a monster this year. Im pissed that I passed on him for Manning.
football_scooter 0 Posted September 8, 2006 Charlie Batch, 1st down. Shoulda gotten the late hit too.

Im pissed that I passed on him for Manning. Agreed - shifty moves by Brown. He's a definate talent and I will be the 1st to admit I underrated him. He lowers his shoulder into defenders and is a tough guy to bring down. His razzle dazzle is extremely impressive - he's easily juked for 1/3 of his yards. Against the Steelers, that's 40 RuYd, against the Browns, it's 140, 4 TDs. Sometimes the tale of the tape doesn't say it all.
TIKI-BARBERS-BARBER 0 Posted September 8, 2006 Here come to the refs to rescue the steelers. What a focking joke! And the holding call that went un called on the last drive or Miami wouldn't have done anything on that drive. So quit your crying.
