Bratwurst 0 Posted September 13, 2006 Since I have all this extra cheddar cheesse sauce. Not that nachos get boring ... but this is good. Heat up some oil in a pan ... add, sliced onions and green peppers. Cook until soft and onions are starting to brown, and remove from pan. Add some more oil, and your thin sliced bottom round steak. Salt, pepper, to taste. Spread your cheese sauce on your roll, and then pop it in the oven, just to warm it up and get it a little toasty. Once the steak is done, put it on your roll, add the onions and peppers ... eat. Dats a steak sammitch wid cheese sauce, wit fried onions and peppers. pingpong 0 Posted September 13, 2006 wiz wit not wid wits you putz I love it when people try to copy Philly lingo, like it requires an advance logic degree, and fail miserably. It goes: Cheese, Onions. Simple. i.e. American witout - Wiz, wit - Swiss, without (for you Kerry lovers). BTW, Philly chops their steak into tiny little bits, and NEVER toasts a cheesesteak. Rookies. True dat, but when trying to give directions to a person that calls it "wid wits", I chose to leave out some of the finer details. Let's not overwhelm him wit details.
