lickin_starfish 2,027 Posted November 20, 2006 At about 12:00 AM, I heard my 5 year old daughter cough and "burp" really loud. My wife and I went upstairs, and she had puked in her bed. She also went into her 3 year old brother's bed and puked in that. My wife rushed our daughter into the bathroom, and she puked next to the toilet instead of in it. About an hour later, our 6 year old son got out of bed and puked in a large bowl. It sucks that he got sick too, but at least he didn't make a mess. We cleaned everybody up and tucked everyone back in for the night. Some more time passes, and as I go into the kitchen for a cookie, I smell poop. I go upstairs, and my 6 year old son is covered from the back of his neck down to his heels in shat. His bed is also full of it. I took all of his sheets to the basement and washed them, and put him in the shower to clean up. I then tucked him in a blanket on the couch - because his bed didn't have sheets, and he shat on that too! Un-effing believable!

lickin_starfish 2,027 Posted November 20, 2006 It's the flu, not spinach. Thanks for the well-wishes, texasmouth. The upside to this is that the kids stayed home from school, and I got some quality time with them. I just whooped up on my 6 year old in a game of Battleship. Daughter caught it at 9 months and ended up in the emergency with an IV due to dehydration. Make sure they get plenty of fluids. I don't know a feeling worse than being told by the nurse call service to hang up and call 911 for my child. Hope they get better soon.
Artist Formerly Known as Big O 0 Posted November 20, 2006 This stuff wouldn't happen if you'd just quit licking starfish, then kissing the kids goodnight.
Big Blue 06 196 Posted November 20, 2006 Wow, they must have really been sick for all that sh1t to happen (no pun intended). Seriously, I hope they are feeling better. Also, tell your son that he doesn't have to let you win at Battleship anymore.

Take the kids out of the story, and it sounds like date night at joneo's house.
wiffleball 4,797 Posted November 20, 2006 They should post this story on the back of every box of condoms in the world. I love that your daughter felt the need to level the playing field and puke in her little bros bed too. he shouldn't have to be left out of the night of the flying body fluids. - Hope yer kids start feeling better.
