Hey SUX..how can you be so right with everything else in your post, but so WRONG on this? Van Anything went on life support with Diver Down and died with 1984.

Don't get me wrong, I  Van Halen, but I liked the way Eddie expanded on his guitar style when Sammy came to the group. I guess it could have happened all the same if Roth was still in the band :dunno:

Also, Sammy has that same type of infectious smile that Eddie has when he is jamming. (know what I mean?)

One last note...Gary Sherrone (sp?) was the worst choice possible for them

Nuno Bettencourt carried his lame singing ass in Extreem with his amazing skills.

Underated: Extreme

"Come out and play"

Yea, he is pretty damn good :ninja:

Even though Mick Mars is probably one of the ugliest people to ever play the guitar, he was pretty clean and had some good riffs.

Mick is ugly and he has been strugglin for a while with that bone disease he has. Saw them in Richmond a few months ago and he looked terrible, but he did not take a break like the others do. vince just looks like total fat hell and you could barely understand what he was trying to sing. Just to be able to watch Tommy live was the ###### though. He has to be on crystal meth or something. He just pulls the hat over his eyes and its like he is in a different world. Awesome!!

Sad.. :(

One great thing that Vince did back in the day when he went solo, was hooking up with Stevie Stevens (from Billy Idol fame, as I'm sure you already know).

Stevie can do some damage on the guitar

For something of a change of pace,, check out "Flemenco-a-go-go" - one of Steve Stevens solo albums. Good stuff.

For all of your obvious shortcomings you do have good musical taste

When are you coming up to goat fock county to toss down a beer or ten?

Underated: Suicidal Tendencies

A brand new audio interview with SUICIDAL TENDENCIES frontman Mike Muir, conducted earlier today (Wednesday, January 10) by Stu Harvey of the "Short.Fast.Loud" show on the Australian radio station Triple J, has been posted online at this location. (choose the "short.fast.loud" show on the drop-down list). During the interview, which kicks off around 30 minutes into the broadcast, a new SUICIDAL TENDENCIES song, entitled "No Mercy Fool", is played on the air. (Note: The track can be heard around the one-hour, three-minute mark.)

:D
