I don't really eat lunch any more....just kinda snack on this stuff as the day goes by. Never get the "too full, need a nap" feeling. Lobster bisque, turkey sammich on Caraway Rye (lot's of Miracle Whip) and a big ol' Jewish Dill pickle. About 10 chocolate chip cookies for desert. I'm going out in style.
