Belushi 9 Posted May 20, 2007 Interesting. I agree with most. I think Jax will have more wins than Tennessee. Just more talent and a better team all-around IMO. I'd also knock Atlanta down a couple of notches and give the NOS a couple more wins. Pretty good overall though.

Walter34 3 Posted May 20, 2007 Those look similar to what I would project except for I see Cincinnati making the playoffs. With the losses to the oline and the plethora of off field issues, I see a decline. They are also in a very tough division.

There are always surprise teams(like the Saints, SD, and Baltimore) that are mediocre and then start winning and teams that fall off from the previous year. I think Minnesota will be improved this year.

onejayhawk 3 Posted May 20, 2007 I dont see KC dropping 4 games from the last 2 years. Yes they play both SB teams on the road, but that also means they gat a weaker team, from the same division, at home. In general, its a pretty safe list, with most teams moving up slightly, and no one really collapsing except the Chiefs. Do the w's and L's add up? J
ElkHunter 0 Posted May 20, 2007 There's no way Phi wins the Div over Dal. The Eagles will be lucky to go 9-7 this year. I also dont see Chi doing near as well this year. They will make the playoffs but only as the 3 or 4 seed.

I'm unbiased as I don't root for any NFC East team but I see Philly as being a better overall team than Dallas on both sides of the ball. I'd like to hear where Dallas' has any advantage besides wr? If McNabb comes back healthy and makes it thru 16 games I'll be surprised to not see Philly win the division. Dallas has a new coaching staff and a qb many people like myself don't think is all that good.

Dan 60 Posted May 21, 2007 Interesting . . . So all 8 division winners from last year will win their divisions again this year? Hmmm, I wonder when the last time that happened . . .

Walter34 3 Posted May 21, 2007 Interesting . . . So all 8 division winners from last year will win their divisions again this year? Hmmm, I wonder when the last time that happened . . . Its a bit vanilla at this point. I dont see NE, Indy, SD or Chi being challenged for their divisions, so that is 4 that are fairly set. NO should also be a heavy fav, so that is 5. That leaves: afc north - Balt, Pitt, Cin nfc east - Dallas, phi nfc west - Sea, sf, sl Of theses 3 divisions, the reigning champ is slightly ahead of the field. Voice_Of_Reason 0 Posted May 21, 2007 I could see this, but I wouldn't put my money on it. The NFL is just too fluid. I could see Cincy boucing back after an off season. The Packers could win 9 or 4. Minnesota could be improved with the Peterson/Taylor combo. I could see St.Louis taking their division. And someone who was good last season will go down with injuries, etc. And drop out of the playoffs.

I think Denver's going to take that division outright and if LT gets hurt, this team could end up 9-7 and on the outside looking in at the playoffs.
