I think guys mistake brashness for "rationality" a lot. I do believe women on whole are more directed by emotions but guys would rather be brash for "logical" reasons than deal with feelings sometimes. Pushing aside the emotions only means you deal later, and in a slower way. Not so rational.

Men can have a conversation with a woman and express exactly how they feel (glad, sad, mad, horny, etc) without dropping a bunch of lame ass hints. Example: wife and I took the kids to the movies last night. Wife keeps saying how good the popcorn smelled from the people next to us. I just kept saying "uh-huh". She finally got up and went and got her own popcorn after about tn minutes. I think she was actually mad that I didn't take her hint and go get her some.

I really don't deal with sh*t like that. My wife knows, if she wants popcorn or she wants me to go get it, ask. Otherwise, if she gets upset because I didn't catch her "hints", I am not going to give a sh*t.
