Favorite "Bermanism's"

Recommended Posts

My favorite Bermanism is when he tells his boss "i'm retiring". He's so 1992.

I admire his career, but he's embarrassing.

The one I always remember from football was Andre "Bad Moon" Rison.

The ones he did for baseball were just stupid; Albert "Winnie the" Pujols????

dcgangstas,

That's the one that REALLY got me to give up on him. When he introduced Albert Pujols at this years HR derby as "Winnie the.." I never felt so embarrassed for someone than I did for Berman. It was sad. I felt bad for Pujols too.

While I agree on the one hand the fact that Stuart Scott seems to be slotted as his replacement makes me hope Berman stays forever.

True. Berman is an imbecile whose shtick got old a decade ago, but the day Scott becomes their voice of the NFL is the day I check to see what the rest of the world sees in this soccer thing.

I played Soccer every year from age 8 to 19. While I enjoyed playing it.......... trust me there is no reason to watch it.

Chris "I need to go" Berman.

Enjoyed it in its heyday, but my GOD it's just focking annoying as balls anymore.

The other day he pulled out... Rob "My" Bironais

The kids might not catch it, but we "children of the 80's" got a chuckle out of it... Maybe the biggest "one hit wonders" ever... LOL MB

It always cracks me up when they are showing the replay of one of those end-of-the-game crazy plays. He'll be doing a play-by-play of it and insert a "What?" at each fumble/lateral.
