Hillary Clinton on Friday, New Hampshire's WMUR-TV reported. The man claimed to have bomb strapped to him when he walked into the office in Rochester, WHDH-TV reported. The NBC affiliate added that the downtown area has been evacuated. Police have surrounded the building.
