Well, I think that it is ludicrous in the assumptions that you have made. For example:

- What makes you think that he "got her pregnant"? Isn't it possible that she wanted to be pregnant with his baby, regardless of whether they got married or not?

- What makes you think that he did not say that it was more appropriate for his son to have her name? I still don't know what your fixation is on the last name, but I know that I was not in the room when the decision was made.

- You assume that he has not been there for his son, before, during and after birth. Are you a Tom Brady stalker or are you just assuming that he has not participated.

- You assume that he does not want to participate in things. Is it not possible that he does want to participate, but she does not want him to (if he isn't participating)?

- Is it not possible that they broke up BEFORE she knew that she was pregnant?

 

The point is that you don't know any of the details of what has been going on behind the scenes. Until you do, you are speculating based upon your own biases and I consider that ludicrous.
