Where do you work? I take it you're not a software guy. Office Space is the Dilbert of movies. One of the best comedies of the last 10 years and definitely above Wedding Crashers.

True about software guys. I have two buddies who LOVE that movie, both are software guys.

I work for an energy trading company. Dilbert to me was a chuckle and occasional laugh out loud and so is Office Space. I laughed at parts but certainly dont think its all its cracked up to be. I put it in the same category as Wedding Crashers as a movie that i thought was good but way overrated.

That wasn't a joke. Maybe you don't understand what's humor and what's not. :dunno:

I'm the same way with the DeerHunter, but c'mon, this is CADDYSHACK we're talking about here.

I think the closest I have is never having watched Office Space all at once.

I never saw Deer Hunter either. No clue why not. I also never saw the Exorcist. :pointstosky:

Office Space is great, though. Don't listen to patweiser.

Me too.

People freak out when I say this.

I mean, it's not that I don't WANT to see it, it just hasn't happened. It's not a value judgement against the movie, it just hasn't happened. I mean, I was six when i came out. For some reason, my parents didn't want me to see it then.

I've seen all of Office Space I think, just never sat down and watched it all the way through in one sitting.

I think it is funnier every time you watch it. You can't watch it edited, though.

It has no humor if you never worked in a similar environment.

To me, it's the perfect movie. Perfect casting, great script, has held up over time, an enormous selection of quotable lines, and is funny as hell.

Greatest. Movie. Evah.

Agreed. Funniest focking movie evah. I think I pick Ted Knight though. Just the way he speaks to Michael O'Keefe when he wins the Caddy tourney. "Hmmm...hmmm....(laughing)..hmmmm"
