Don't think any redistricting will take place until after the 2010 census. Did appreciate your take on Arnold's speech...this is stuff I should be keeping up with. I do think it's possible the redistricting bill passing is too little too late. What's sad is it's essentially the same bill that Awnuld pushed when he had his special election like 3 years ago. That's the election that turned him in to a democrat. All the bills he pushed were opposed heavily by the unions who dragged him through the mud in order to defeat them. He lost his Republican will after that election and hasn't fought for what's right since, only for what's expedient. If those bills had passed at that time California might have been saved. After the Lakers lose, he will come over to my house for an hour of kat petting, and playing basketball across the street. After I throttle him in HORSE, we will go to Regans to partake in some Billiards. After I throttle him at Billiards, we will come back to my house for more petting of the kats and possible man on man ghey stuff. Those of you that want to attend please RSVP in this thread.
