TMZ is reporting that DeLuise died Monday night at a Los Angeles hospital. He passed away peacefully in his sleep around 6 p.m., according to the website. DeLuise was nominated for a Golden Globe and starred in classics such as "The Cannonball Run" and "Spaceballs." DeLuise often played comedic roles and appeared on the big screen alongside Burt Reynolds in the 1970s and 1980s. He was perhaps best known as a regular in Mel Brook's films. I will never forget the very first movie bloopers I had ever seen at the end of Cannonball Run. He and Burt Reynolds were briliant together. Plus, he was the Pope in Johnny Dangerously. CNN could tell you that Joe Frazier died, and you'd be at their mercy. You'dbelieve he was dead, because they said so. By them posting that he died, doesn't prove it.
