I'm thinking with the mandatory TE spot, it might be interesting to add in those extra two rounds to help fill out the roster a little better. But I'm not sure if some people think 12 is enough and that would just result in people adding handcuffs. I think another couple rounds for deeper sleepers among experts would be fun.

So I'm relaxing last night at about 9:00 PM Central time. I figure I might as well have one Scotch, check over my sheets, then be prepared for my picks this morning. Well as you all know I signed off last night at 9:46. That is waaaaay more time then it takes for just 1 Scotch. I have been running all morning and not even in the office. I go home to lunch and see my very well thought out scotch enhanced picks for today, along with explanations, or excuses. Lol! Anyway, there were 5 names on those scotch enhanced scribbles. I grabbed two of those 5 this morning. Sadly only my first pick today (Felix), was who I decided on last night. The second pick Sproles was considered, but I decided to go another direction. I had a ranking sheet in my truck from last week that Sproles was the highest guy left on it, and i didn't want to slow it down anymore, so I pulled the trigger knowing it didn't sound right. I even chatted about a handful of guys with JScott this AM, and it still didn't jog my memory. Had I picked the right guy you would have been amazed.lol!

 

Anyway..............

I will now tell you that Sproles will get 12 touches per game this year, which will translate into 1000 yards combined, and 5 tds.

I would say we suspend it for the weekend, but Jet's situation may improve before Monday. It would be my preference to try to wrap it up then.

With no defenses and no kickers, I think that 12 rounds are more than enough. We are going to be merely looking at handcuffs and reaches. Our value will come in the first 8-9 rounds and as long as we have put our effort in there and we explain it, we have done our job.

 

Going 2 more rounds does not make much sense to me. I would think that we would have more value by having another 10 round mock in 2 weeks than putting in the effort to come up with 2 more rounds here.
