Its actually sad.....but nobody is going to pick him up. The black eye on a teams image of taking this guy in will be far more than any production they would get out of him. Which is extraordinarily unfair......but it is what it is.

 

Hes free to do what he wants.....but theres no rule saying a team has to take him and make him the starting qb.

 

About the only team that could take the image hit ok is New England since they have a rep for taking bad seeds....but they already said they had no interest.

I just realized all those things I said can be applied to the redskins and Snyder. I have also hear rumors about Snyder signing Vick and then dumping campbell in a year and giving the starting jOb to Vick.

Actually, i heard on the radio this morning that the most likely destinations for Vick are New England and Pittsburgh. As I Steeler fan, I can't really say that I'd want him there, and they already drafted a Vick clone in Dennis Dixon. IMO he would be a perfect fit in Dallas, where he could challenge Romo and give the Cowgirls a QB who has actually won a game December.

Carolina Panthers- Jake Delhomme is terrible and he is becoming injury prone, the Panthers need a veteran that has experience, and most importantly comes cheaply. The panthers have the worst cap situation in the league, and this eliminated them from signing pretty much any other veteran QB this offseason. Vick will come at league minimum, and fills all the requirements. Plus, there is the possibility that Vick could possibly be better than Delhomme.

Nope. Not a chance. Panthers have already announced they are not interested. Jonathan Stewart has addressed it publicly he doesn't want him.

I honestly don't see any NFL team signing Vick. I could see him playing in the UFL or arena league but not the NFL. For the record I don't have much sympathy for pitt bulls or for someone who would fight/kill them for entertainment. I've seen too many stories about little kids being shredded by these animals, many of which who are owned by morons. The difference is if an idiot owns 99.9% of dog breeds people don't get mauled. I have no issue with the responsible people who raise these animals but unfortunately there are too many mullet headed, biker wanna be, white trash who own them.
