Braylon was ROBBED!

Recommended Posts

That was some bull$hit right there... MB

I don't know... It looked pretty conclusive that the ball was not across the plane when his shin was down.

he has to be touched to be down...he could crawl across the end zone if he's not touched he's live... he wasnt touched until he hit the pylon

he still should've caught that long bomb a minute ago that the defense was flagged on. that ball hit him right in the hands

He can breakdance into the endzone from goal line to goal line... as long as no one touches him he's live... he wasn't touched until after he hit the pylon. This isn't college football where your down w/o being touched... the ref needs to look at the rule book...

u know basically everytime you land in the endzone falling forward with only the front half of your body, your legs will be down before you get the ball over the end zone line. way it's always been. only now because of all the challenges the refs are able to go back and see it in slow motion.

Dumb challenge either way.... Who can't score from the 6 inch line???

Apparently, the Texans have difficulty from the 6 inch line.

Lol. Yes, I'm sure you know the rules better than the refs. He hit the pylon with his left elbow while holding the ball in his right hand. That's not a TD. From the angles on the broadcast it looked to me like he didn't make it in before being touched, and the refs get more and better angles than we do most of the time. Bottom line, the refs understand that he needs to be touched to be down(lol) and they had better resources to determine if he was.

His explanation was his shin was down before the ball crossed the goalline... but his shin was down w/o being touched. Seriously, YOU need to look at the replay and so does the ref. It was a TD... the broadcast booth thought it was... the media after the game thought it was. How many times have we seen the refs get calls wrong after watching the replay when it's obvious to everyone what the correct call is...

The REF was wrong... 100%... it was a relatively easy call to make...

And no I didn't need Braylon to score and I wasn't playing vs TJones... nor do i have sanchez

NFL instant replay is focking horrible. It's funny that the announcers always make a big point about the refs having to see "indisputable" evidence to over turn a call on the field and then a play like this is over turned. They are so inconsistent. :ninja:

the NFL actually changed the rule 2 years ago.

The ball now must be inside the marker in order for it to be a touchdown. No longer can a player just use a part of his body for it to be a touchdown.

it was the right call.

I'm not sure it was a touchdown, I think he may have been contacted and/or out of bounds before crossing the goalline, but to overturn the originial call based on what can be seen is ridiculous. There's nothing irrefutable there.

His knee was down, and as he was falling foward toward the endzone, he bumped into the defensive player before he hit the pylon. It was a silly challenge though.
