Jeepz 0 Posted June 7, 2011 Blount is probably a reach here, but the more I looked at it, the more I just didn't like the RB options that might be left to me even just five picks later. I like his situation in the backfield, I like the team, I think it's all moving in the right direction. And not liking many of the other RB options I saw right in front of me, I decided to reach a bit. I really wanted Forte. As for WR, I think I'll get one of my guys in the third round *shrug*

I actually do like Blount a ton, but am hesitant to leap on him in the second round for now....
remote controller 143 Posted June 7, 2011 Mike has V4E's pick. There is a lesson to be learned here.

WhiteWonder 2,732 Posted June 7, 2011 Will gladly take Fitzgerald. If they get him a qb, he's a first rounder. If not, he is still worth a pick here

remote controller 143 Posted June 7, 2011 He (Fitz) and Jennings were two of the three Wr's I struggled over with my 2.04 pick. I have more to say about DeSean in awhile. All of these were great second round picks, I just couldn't pass over what I consider strong, steady point totals in Rodgers. I will likely be regretting the early Qb move for the next 4 or 5 rounds. I'm not disappointed in my Qb selection, just the extra work it's gonna cause for me to get comfortable with me draft.
