I'm confident that folks in the government are aware of basic psychological knowledge, such as: the more you say something, the more people are likely to believe it. Whether or not it is a formal program is a matter of discussion. And I never said I'm in charge of anything. I merely point out the specific behaviors that I find annoying, and I usually do it in response to people calling for bannings, because I would rather criticize the behavior than the person. The bored hasn't changed, the people changed. Check that. One thing changed. The bored became bereft of hilarity, as people changed. Hating on Giants Fan and aliases isn't new in the slightest.
