NewbieJr 541 Posted June 25, 2014 I'm not sure which deaths in the last 10 years or so are considered HUGE news, but for certain ones, I remember exactly where I was when I heard. As a matter of fact, for a lot of them, I read about it on Facebook or Twitter. But for the really big ones, I remember the exact spot and how I found out. Here are a few examples Michael Jackson- Was sitting amongst a group of friends at our development block party. My sister texted me and told me. Whitney Houston- Was DJing a Sweet 19 party. Can't remember if I got a text or saw it while scrolling through my FB news feed on my phone, but I remember telling my buddy who happened to be there.
