SuperSteelers 1 Posted November 14, 2015 Rank these backs ROS in PPR Ajayi Abdullah Sims Coleman
TennisMenace 156 Posted November 14, 2015 Lol. I wrestled with that list plus two others (JBell and Blue) all night and finally picked up Ajayi, figuring he may have more opportunity and his schedule was more favorable. However, if Freeman goes down, Coleman is golden.
brotherbock 349 Posted November 14, 2015 I see your point. You figure Coleman will still be there based on his bye and you could pick him up Wednesday morning if need be. If Ajayi scores a td and gets 10-15 points you are thinking you just found a gem who everyone would have wanted next Wednesday. Ok, you convinced me to pick him up. The hard part for me was who to cut. Aiken, Kelce/Reed, or Sims ((Martin handcuff). And the winner is- Aiken. I figured his upside is not too high so if I needed a W R I could pick up someone pretty similar. Ok, now let's see if Ajayi could make me happy. Thanks brother and weepaws. Now of course we have to ride out the possible sudden value of the guys we dropped. I think your choice was a good one too, I don't see Aiken doing much, not as much value as Simms at least. And if your league mates are okay at WR, he might still be there too. Of course if Freeman slips in his driveway and blows his knee I'm screwed
SaintsInDome2006 128 Posted November 14, 2015 All right rank speculation here but considering Jay got 5 carries last week and considering Dan says he will get more carries this week, does anyone see him taking on flex or even RB2/3 value this year. Lazor started out with Moreno & Miller as a strong 1-2 punch and when Moreno got hurt that never returned. Anyone see this as viable, or is Jay just pure handcuff this year in redraft? TennisMenace 156 Posted November 14, 2015 I don't know much about this kid but I do not see him being the third down back because Miller is very good at that. I see him giving Miller a blow a few times on first and second down and HOPEFULLY being the man near the goal line. If what they say is right about his college days, apparently he was a goal line beast. So maybe he will score a few one yard tds. My crystal ball shows 8 carries, 38 yards and a td, no receiving yards. Almost 10 points in a standard league. I'm not playing him, but for one week at least, he is my RB stash wondering if the starter makes it through the week.
cyclone24 1,878 Posted November 14, 2015 Im stashing and seeing. Just like i am with Coleman. Considering i had charles, foster, bush and big ben....im due miller or freeman folding a knee under some lineman. Ya...im going there.
weepaws 2,591 Posted November 14, 2015 Coach talk a lot of times is very cheap , he is worth a pick up but until I see the results on the field I'm not buying unless Miller goes down .
brotherbock 349 Posted November 14, 2015 Buying cheap but not starting, because I don't have to. If I was in a pinch, I might make a dart throw and pray.
stonewall 647 Posted November 15, 2015 I would like to hold and see......but would have to drop Buck Allen, and I am a Forsett owner. Gonna stay put.
murf74 461 Posted November 15, 2015 I just picked him up. I need a speculative home run add and he seems to fit the bill especially with coach wanting him more involved. I will settle for eventual time share and goal line
stonewall 647 Posted November 15, 2015 Looking crisp.
murf74 461 Posted November 15, 2015 Pretty soon they won't be able to keep him off the field. Loving I picked him up before this game. He needs so far like 8 touches for 100 yds Lol not a high sample but could soon be a karlos Williams type starter in your lineup
TennisMenace 156 Posted November 15, 2015 It looks like Miller is wearing down rushing the ball but is blossoming into that 3rd down pass catching specialist. This makes sense with his fragile body.
ROCKFORD 134 Posted October 19, 2016 Grab and stash. I drafted him in my dynasty league. Thank me later thank you

Kent 228 Posted October 19, 2016 I've said it before, but that head coach has done everything he can to try to ruin this kid.
