sitting diggs?

I def need to use more skill in starting guys guys who score more points. Maybe some practice with clicking the start/sit button will hone my muscle memory.

 

Dude, you should always do your workouts in front of a mirror as well, so you can see the flaws in your routine and correct muscle memory issues as they occur. You should also make sure and vary your routine so you don't plateau. It's never good to just one workout over and over. Make sure you practice moving him from the bench to the WR starter spot obviously, but also move him to the flex position and back, then flex to wr and back, etc. You'll get so much MORE out of your workouts if you add muscle confusion to your muscle memory. Remember to stretch first though.

Yeah, I'm lamenting my lack of targets for the Diggs too. I have to play him though with bye weeks.

With it looking more and more that floyd is going to be out I am going to have to start diggs over him or Jackson.
