Bump for the updated 2nd round

Thanks for the update. We get started in a week. I have the 2nd pick in which i will win the draft with that pick alone! Ok maybe not, but it would be cool. Maybe i will trade it to someone. Prob not with the stigma of this crop of rooks

I can't believe shepard is going as high as hes going. He's 5'10" 194 pounds. That means he's going to be stuck in the slot, and won't be used at the goalline. Small receivers typically don't make fantasy studs.

Odell Beckham 5 11 198

Antonio Brown 5 10 186

The top two receivers in football, maybe Julio for some people.

1) Its not a terribly stong class of WRs. There arent a plethora of Julio Jones types waiting around

2) Shepard landed in a perfect offense for his skill set...the Giants offense is predicated on getting the ball out quickly. Shepard very well could be the next Wes Welker

3) Antonio Brown 5'10 180 lbs and Odell Beckham 5'11 198 lbs say hello

Wow.

I dont know...it looks like in every draft posted here so far he is going between 2.08 and 3.08. I think people are scared by his landing spot. It probably dripped him a full round in ADP. If for some reason Thomas Rawls doesnt come back healthy, youre right though, he would be a crazy steal at that point.

If you think thats bad though, check out the draft bonkbonk posted. Terron freeking Beckham got drafted before Alex Collins. And DeAndre Washington,And Tyler Ervin. And Josh Ferguson, Pure craziness.

Why does the draft go from 3.09 to 4.01? Is that it?

Have to sacrifice a rookie pick to keep someone on taxi

Is "Bob Marley & the Winners" a Bama fan?

Derrick Henry at 1.04 seems a reach?

Dewey Robertson. Now that's a f'n avatar if I've ever seen one.

I still have a special place in my heart for WCCW

Thanks for the links guys. Not many early drafts to choose from right now. I have been referring to them. We start our draft at noon so one of the league members will post a link im sure.

Well, The Drake certainly loaded up in the 1st round.

Double E, Treadwell, Doctson, and Dixon.

:shocking:

Who you looking for at 3.09? Any chance Collins falls that far?

I noticed that. 1 first round picks(including #1 overall) and the first pick in the second round.

Two WR's and Two RB's.

Zeke-Best RB prospect running behind what may be the leagues best line. Whats not to like there?

Treadwell and Doctson. Maybe the two best WR's in this years draft.

I really like the chances of both of those guys making an early impact for their teams.

I'm not as Keen on Dixon as I am about the other 3 players he got, but hes not a bad pick for where he got him.

I also like the pick of Derrick Henry at #6. He may not win the starting job immediately, but he will be the starter within a year I figure and he will be the starter for a young, improving team.

I cannot divulge who I am targeting since half the league posts here regularly. I think there is a chance he falls that far. At that point the upside of the rookies to choose from are limited. He would certainly be a nice option. In the end I think he probably hours before then.

For everyone with later drafts (august area). For the guys you're targeting, how much emphasis do you put on camp, and preseason?

This question is more for the top 15 or so guys. Obviously for those late round guys. If they look good, you'll take him earlier. And vise versa, if he looks bad, you might just skip him. But what about the top guys you're in love with?

For example. You got the 1.02 pick, need a rb, and love Derrick Henry. If he has a bad camp, and plays sparingly in the preseason, do you stand your original ground and still take him. Or do you look elsewhere.

I always tend to draft my guy no matter what (if possible). Curious how other people draft?
