slpbaseb12 0 Posted October 20, 2016 Who do you like the rest of the way, Todd Gurley or Jordan Howard?
Mark91G 14 Posted October 20, 2016 I hope Gurley since I have him. but also gurley has been getting covered well since Rams have had no passing game, but in the last 2 weeks Rams and britt have been getting the ball moving in the air meaning defence have had to slacking off from gurley and his numbers are improving I can see him getting stronger each week and he is getting involved in passing now as well
LuckyBastard13 8 Posted October 20, 2016 Gurley, he's got zero competition for plays, gets a ton of volume and his schedule is much better the second half ot the season. If you are lucky enough to get to your championship game he faces SF at home in week 16... I have both, picked up Howard 2 weeks before he went off luckily but it's still an unknown with him. Against the 2 weaker run defenses he did great. But last week at Jax, he couldn't get anything going, but to the Jags credit, they were in the backfield on almost all of his rushes. The big issue is tonight and next week against Minnesota, both tough run defenses. If he doesn't show properly, regardless if it's his fault or not, that will open the door back for Langford and Carey. Because after the Vikings, they have their bye, That should be enough time to get Langford back healthy. And then they have a nice matchup against Tampa after the bye. We all know Fox's history with rookie RB's and then there's the Cutler unknown.
BobSanders_33 127 Posted October 20, 2016 Gurley. Howard is slowing down and win Langford come back he wont take the job but will further muddle the backfield.
RepoPatrol 14 Posted October 20, 2016 Gurley 100%. Howard is simply Langford from last year. Gets two easy games right off the back and everyone thinks he is the next Gale Sayers. Langford was racking up 10 YPC the game he got hurt. I think Langford takes the job back after Howard averages 2 YPC the next 2 games.

Are we talking about the same Langford who ranked as the worst RB in the league as the starter? The same Langford who had ZERO broken tackles. ZERO.
weepaws 3,159 Posted October 20, 2016 Since Howard became the starter he has out scored Gurley. In both PPR and in non PPR. I do agree the biggest bonus for owning Gurley is he won't lose any work to any other Rb on his team. I do think Langford will be some what involed once again when he returns. But Howrd will remind the Rb1 on the Bears.

bfros 53 Posted October 20, 2016 Gurley. Gurley is more talented. Gurley has no competition for carries. Gurley is now being used in passing game, even with Benny back. Carey is already eating into Howards work. And Langford will be back. It's possible Howard remains the workhouse...but it's possible it becomes a RBBC. You just don't know right now. So right now, you have to go with Gurley.

True, but Langford has proven to be the worst back in the league this year. Statistically. That doesn't help him no matter what Howard does from here on out. polecatt 478 Posted October 20, 2016 Gurley. He's the more talented RB. You can go back and forth about their situation and teams but when it comes down to it I will go with the more talented player.
Skinny_Bastard 157 Posted October 21, 2016 Lol... After last night, is this even a question?

Who cares about Langford, Carey is outperforming Howard now.
