jersey 3 Posted December 19, 2016 WAS homers.... Any inside info on how much Reed will play this week? Only 10 plays last week, but word is he is feeling better. Jordan Reed (shoulder) said he is "starting to feel more normal." Reed only played 10 snaps last week because of the injury, but it sounds like he will have a bigger role on Monday night. "I’m doing better; I’m managing the pain a lot," Reed said. "This week I’m more confident in it, less scared of getting hit." Reed is a risky bet because of his uncertain workload, but he has big upside in a great matchup with the Panthers Monday night. BobSanders_33 127 Posted December 19, 2016 Hard to count on him if you need anything. I'm starting him with rosters being locked at the start of the playoffs and my other TE being Fleener. I'm calculating that a 40% Reed is still better than a 100% Fleener. I've already locked up this week so I'm hoping to see him ramp up usage and come out without any further complications. He played through the pain on Tgiving v. The Cowboys. I can't imagine the pain would be any worse tonight. So, like you said, pain medicine + adrenaline = finished job. fanfootballtn 33 Posted December 20, 2016 Did I just see 86 in the huddle before the challenge break ? You did but you won't see him again tonight. Welp, on to the championship game for me.

So, like you said, pain medicine + adrenaline = finished job. You would be wrong there. The injury progressed after the Thanksgiving game as blood pools and the swelling intensifies. That is how he was able to play through the initial injury.
TennisMenace 156 Posted December 20, 2016 So why is he even suited up if he can't even get bumped without going down in pain? Do you know how many guys own him and feel compelled to play him if he is able to practice and is activated? Well, I won by 1 point and he is being cut. I don't even want to think about playing him next week in the championship game.
fanfootballtn 33 Posted December 20, 2016 Only winning by 5 points and playing against him, I'm just glad he is not a punk. Way to fight my opponent out of the championship game

Law 220 Posted December 20, 2016 Watching him avoid contact at all costs, falling down in pain when bumped (on his only target and catch) was truly pathetic. I will be cutting his ass. I don't even want him on my team any longer. His existence is a plague that is bringing down the others and I will have no more of it. He is done! On the streets man.
