Grilling Season: ***Official Thread***

Recommended Posts

Just polished off the last of a tasty grilled cole-slaw.

Makes all the difference to get a good caramelization.

I shop at Penzey's all the time.

I love their dry rubs. I take whatever meat and put it in a gallon ziplock bag with olive oil and either lemon or lime juice (to cut into the meat), then add the rubs.

Our favorites from Penzeys:

Northwoods Fire

Ruth Ann's Muskego Ave chicken/fish seasoning

Sunny Paris

Cajun

BBQ 3000

The Chicago steak seasoning is phenomenal on burgers.

Northwoods is great...I prefer my own mixes for most rubs though.

Their Cumin and smoked paprika are always in my BBQ rubs or seasoning.

Those two, garlic, bit of salt and pepper on shrimp tonight.

A few brushes with some spicy BBQ sauce to finish.

No offence, but that sounds absolutely terrible
