Maulers1973 117 Posted October 5, 2018 Ok, so I know this is crazy talk, but I am actually considering starting him over A. Rogers this week. Rogers has a tasty matchup, but no healthy WR's. I think the Pack rely on A Jones this week. Also, Goff is on fire!!

weepaws 2,461 Posted October 5, 2018 Goff is kicking butt. Don’t you watch tv?

polecatt 403 Posted October 5, 2018 Goff is as good as anybody at the current time, doesn't have the past Rodgers does, but he's been better this season I'm starting Goff and not looking back
Kelvarr 13 Posted October 5, 2018 I am faced with the decision of Goff vs Cousins. Most likely leaning Goff.
Canadianfan 76 Posted October 5, 2018 I'm a packer fan and I'll tell you that starting goff over Rodgers is not crazy. If Rodgers was fully healed, with a healthy WR group maybe a little, but even then not crazy. Goff's head coach may as well be God. There is nothing that they can't do at the moment, and are scoring at will.
weepaws 2,461 Posted October 5, 2018 Plus Rodgers might not have any WRs.

Mccarthy is pretty poor as a coach
cousinal111 57 Posted October 5, 2018 I am faced with the decision of Goff vs Cousins. Most likely leaning Goff. Same decision for me. Cousins could have another monster game in a shootout with Eagles. Goff though is who I'm leaning.

There will not be a shootout in that game. Both teams want to get back to smashmouth football and solid D. In Seattle however, that's a shootout

Ray_T 591 Posted October 7, 2018 I think it would be crazy talk to start Rodgers over Goff. agreed. Rodgers is not 100% due to injury. and Goff has already proven that last year's result was not a fluke. in fact, it is looking like he has taken another step in his development. right now he is looking like a top 3 player at the QB position. Id start him at this point until he proves that you shouldnt.
bobby heenan 60 Posted October 8, 2018 i have goff and matt ryan in my 12 team ppr high stakes league...i went goff over ryan this week(ive only started goff this week and week 1).....goff didnt put up gaudy numbers this week but i watched most of the game was still impressed...lost cooks...then lost kupp....he utilized the rookie reynonds, the TE's and some guy named hodge...gutted it out and got a tough W on the road
